Accommodation

Rooms for all participants are reserved. You can download rooming-list, with some information about your accommodation, in the end of this page.

For the participants of the conference accommodation is reserved in hotel Tirena, located on the peninsula Babin Kuk, 20-minute walk away from the University and 15 minutes drive to the Dubrovnik Old Town.

The price is 60€ per person and night in a double room, and 88€ in single room. Both prices include buffet-breakfast. Sojourn taxes are additional 1€. Half-board additional fee is 13€ per person per day. Check-in is between 2 and 6 pm, and check-out between 8 and 10 am.

No participant has to contact hotel personally. After the application deadline expires, and the list of participants is final, organizers will confirm room reservations with the hotel Tirena and create a rooming-list.

 For the PhD students accommodation is reserved at the hostel Begović Boarding House, situated in peninsula Lapad, 10 minutes bus drive from the Dubrovnik Old Town and 5-10 minute walk to the buildings of University of Dubrovnik. The price is 110 kunas (15€) by person and by night in double and triple rooms. Check-in is available 24 hours and check-out till 10 am.
